All of our 40 privately owned homes are architecturally unique. Each is complete with full kitchens, one or two full baths, living room, and bedroom(s). Some units have garages. Owners are able to individually landscape their own front and back yards. Most have basements and about a third of these have walk-out access to the surrounding grounds. Interior maintenance is the owner’s responsibility, while the Sunward Association handles exterior maintenance and repairs.
